After successful installation of the TU3-H4 I connected my external USB device to it but it doesn’t appear to work. What should I do?

- Verify that the external USB device works when you connect it directly to a USB port on your computer.
- If the external USB device came with a power adapter please ensure it is connected and the device is turned on.
- Ensure you have installed the correct driver for the external USB device.
