Thank you! We truly appreciate your ongoing support and loyalty to TRENDnet and TRENDnet products. In return, we strive to provide the best in class of networking and surveillance solutions, and support.

In line with our commitment to you as our partners, we want you to know how the global chipset and components shortage is impacting TRENDnet products. Many of you already know this global shortage is affecting manufacturing worldwide and spans multiple industries. TRENDnet is not immune from its effects. We face an unpredictable, and sometimes unknown, availability of key chipsets and components. This is forcing longer than normal lead times on some of our products and may impact product availability day to day.

If your project utilizes a TRENDnet model where you encounter availability issues, we encourage you to contact your TRENDnet sales representative. We will work with you to find an alternative that can still satisfy your project’s specific needs.

Also, due to the sparse availability and competitive demand, we are seeing significant increases in the chipset and component costs. This and soaring freight costs are impacting product costs. While we are doing everything in our power to absorb as much of the cost increases as possible, and will continue to do so, you may see slight increase in product costs over the coming months.
