On March 19th, California's Governor's office issued a ‘Shelter in Place’ order and asked all Californians to stay at home and forced non-essential businesses to shut down. Due to our product offerings, TRENDnet is classified as an essential business.

Our office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Due to the current situation we are experiencing extremely high call volume and if you do not reach a support person please leave a message and your call (or email) will be returned in a timely fashion. TRENDnet has implemented a work from home policy since March 16th and more than 60% of our employees are now working remotely. Our warehouse and shipping teams are still on duty and processing orders on site. Rest assured that TRENDnet is doing everything in our power to help and keep our employees safe.
