After successful installation of the TEG-PCBUSR Gigabit Ethernet PC Card adapter, I connected a CAT-5 cable into the PC Card's RJ-45 connector, but it doesn't seem to work. What should I do?

Check and verify that the other end of the CAT-5 cable is connected to your Switch, Router, or RJ-45 jack. After that has been checked and verified, double-check and make sure your TEG-PCBUSR PC Card is inserted all the way to the end of your notebook's slot.
