New users need to create an account in order to submit and track an RMA request. Please note the following: 

Replacement Request
  • TRENDnet warrants to the original purchaser of a TRENDnet product per the terms of the related product warranty
  • Verify your product is still under warranty before proceeding
  • Replacement products may be new or reconditioned
Refund Request
  • ONLY products purchased from may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase
  • For purchases from other retailers (or other source), reference the policy of the given retailer
Shipping Policy
  • DO NOT ship products to TRENDnet without receiving an RMA number
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges to TRENDnet's RMA center
  • In USA and Canada: TRENDnet ships products back to customers free of charge

IP Camera Critical Firmware Updates
If you purchased TRENDnet IP cameras between April 2010 and February 2012, and have not updated firmware after February, 2012, we advise you to apply the latest security firmware update.
