TRENDnet PoE Switches will support 802.3af, 802.3at or both. The TPE-TG182 is an 802.3af and 802.3at PoE Switch with a 240W power budget. Please check detailed product specifications under the Product section of our website. If your device is not standard PoE compliant it will not be compatible with TRENDnet PoE Switches. Many non-standard PoE devices use passive or proprietary PoE solutions. If the powered devices requires specific voltage ranges and is not 802.3af or 802.3at compliant it will not function with TRENDnet Switches regardless if it fits within the voltage range of standardized PoE specifications.
