Only Internet Explorer is supported to view the main stream and manage the camera. The third low resolution stream is viewable in Chrome @ 1280 x 720 resolution. You cannot manage the camera using Chrome to setup or change many settings in the camera. Use Internet Explorer to configure the camera.
