Does my billing address have to match the address on file with my credit card?
Yes. For verification purposes, you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
The charge for your order will appear on your credit card statement as "TRENDnet Inc".
Can I order without a credit card?
No. Currently we only accept Visa®, Mastercard®, and American Express®.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We only charge sales tax on orders shipping to California.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
A copy of your invoice can be obtained by logging into your account.
Has my order shipped?
Orders will be shipped 1-2 business days from initial order date. You may check the order status by logging into your account. We will also send you an e-mail when your order has shipped.
How do I get my tracking information?
Your tracking information may be obtained by logging into your account. An e-mail will also be sent to you for confirmation with the tracking number when the order has left our warehouse.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we only ship to the continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, and AFO. We do not ship to Puerto Rico.
Can you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?
No. We will not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FP military addresses. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is entered, it may result in the cancellation of your order.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. There is no return and no refund for software products. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

Your refund credit will appear on your credit card within 5-7 business days.
