When the TPE-104GS is being powered the LED behavior is as follows. Please remember to remove power to the TPE-104GS when changing the voltage DIP Switch.

5V: When plugged into a power source the LED will blink. The LED will turn solid when powering a 5V device.

9V: When plugged into a power source the LED will be solid and will remain solid when powering a 9V device.

12V: When plugged into a power source the LED will be solid and will remain solid when powering a 12V device.

If any of the LEDs remain blinking when powering a device this would indicate an issue. Please try a different PoE source, Ethernet cable, and device.
