The utility cannot find my print server. What should I do?

  1. Make sure your Router and wireless network is properly working.
  2. Verify that your computer is properly connected to your network.
  3. Make sure that the print server is turned on and is connected to your network
  4. Close the utility and re-open it
  5. Disable any software firewalls to see if they are blocking the discovery process. If they are, you should have received a pop up to allow the utility access to the network. Ensure you grant the utility permission to function on the network.
