The move is intended to increase the level of support and customer satisfaction for TRENDnet customers by ensuring they have a successful set-up experience out-of-the-box. In particular, the popularity of wireless networking and TRENDnet’s growth in U.S. and Canadian retail channels has attracted a large number of buyers who are new to networking technology. By offering assistance 24 hours a day, after normal business hours, customers can have any of their questions answered any time of day, 365 days a year. Support will be provided via email, phone and helpdesk requests.

TRENDnet intends to offer Toll-Free technical support for select European countries beginning June 1, 2006 and by May 1, 2006 a worldwide, 24/7 access number with language support for both Spanish and English is scheduled to go live as well.
