Der PoE-Internet-Kameraserver mit interaktiver Audiofunktion überträgt hochwertige Videodaten in Echtzeit über das Internet und lässt sich von einer beliebigen Internetverbindung aus ansteuern.

Die Kamera braucht nicht in der Nähe einer Steckdose installiert zu werden, da Daten und Strom mit Hilfe der PoE-Technologie (Stromversorgung über Ethernet) über ein einziges Ethernetkabel übertragen werden.

Mit der beiliegenden kostenlosen Kameramanagement-Software lassen sich bis zu 32 Kameras von TRENDnet ansteuern. Zum erweiterten Funktionsumfang gehören die Bewegungserkennung/-aufzeichnung, E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen, zeitgesteuerte Aufzeichnungen, eine MPEG-4/MJPEG-Bildkomprimierung, eine interaktive Audiofunktion, E/A-Anschlüsse, ein abnehmbares Objektiv, ein digitaler Zoom sowie ein integrierter SD-Kartensteckplatz, über den die Bilder direkt auf einer Speicherkarte abgelegt werden können. Im Lieferumfang ist ein Decken-/Wandmontagesatz enthalten, und das hellgraue IP-Kameragehäuse fügt sich in nahezu jede Umgebung nahtlos ein.
