Le TEG-S224M a une haute capacité de gestion d'un switch maître empillable Fast Ethernet qui procure la mesuration et flexibilté pour créer un environnement à coût efficace. Le TEG-S224M a trois sorties. Sortie 1 est un port module de 10/100Base-TX (switché), qui peut être remplacé soit par un module de 2-port 100Base-FX (MT-RJ) (optionnel) ou un module de 1-port 100Base-FX (SC) module (optionnel). Sortie 2 est dédiée pour un module stackable de 3-port (extension de port en option). Sortie 3 procure un module Gigabit Ethernet optionnel de 1 ou 2-port 1000Base-SX (SC). Le TEG-S224M peut empiller jusqu'à trois TEG-S224S. Utilisant les modules optionnels switchables, ils supportent une configuration maximum de 94 ports Ethernet/Fast Ethernet de 10/100Mbps et de deux ports Gigabit Ethernet.
