When I connect the TEG-ECSX to my network it does not establish a connection?

Please make sure that TX is plugged in to RX and RX is plugged in to TX. Also make sure that the device connecting to the TEG-ECSX is a gigabit device. The TEG-ECSX will not establish a link with a fast Ethernet device.
