How do I reset or recover my password?

For security reasons the camera cannot be reset without assistance from TRENDnet. Please go to:
https://TRENDnet.com/asp/helpdesk to submit a Help Desk ticket to begin the password reset process. We will have a technician assist you as soon as possible. After the reset process has been completed, please remember to make a note of your new password.
