I am able to get a good wireless signal but I am not able to access the Internet or receive an IP Address from the wireless Router or Access Point. What should I do?
FAQ ID: 1668 Product: TEW-645UBUpdated:10/8/2008 9:53:58 AM
There may be wireless security configured and a security key will need to be applied for joining the wireless network. The TEW-645UB may be connected wirelessly with good signal strength but without the correct security key you will not be able to fully connect to the selected wireless network.
