How do I make a successful link with my TRENDnet SFP module?

Transmit and Receive connectors will be inverted on the remote side. The fiber will not link if you connect a Transmit and Receive interface to the Transmit and Receive interface on the remote side. They should be connected TX to RX and RX to TX.
