I have gone through the Setup Wizard but still am not able to go online. What should I check?

Please verify all settings with your ISP. You will need the correct VPI and VCI values. Please also verify if they require the use of a Service Name. Check to see if the require a specific MTU value as well. When you have gathered this information do the following to apply them to the TEW-718BRM.

Navigate to the Setup> Internet Setup page. Enter in the settings supplied by your ISP then click Apply to save the settings.
