Log into the camera by entering the camera's IP address into your browser.  The default IP address is https://192.168.10.30.  The default username and password are both "admin".

Once you have logged into the camera do the following to configure the cameras Admin username and password.

-Click on Setup then the System > Device Management page. 

You can change the Admin password for the camera, the username cannot be changed.  You can also create user accounts with permission to view the camera but they will not be able to change settings within the camera.
