After I successfully installed the TFW-H2PC FireWire PC Card, I connect my external FireWire device to one of the FireWire ports, but it does not seem to work. What should I do?

Most external FireWire devices require their own power source. Make sure your FireWire device is connected with an external AC power adapter and the device is powered on. If your FireWire device requires software a driver, please make sure the driver is properly installed.
