Does the TEW-638APB require any software or Utility program to be installed in order to setup the TEW-638APB?

No software or utility is required to allow this product to work. However it is recommended that you run the Install Wizard that is supplied with your product purchase. The Install Wizard is a program that helps you configure the TEW-638APB for use; no software is installed on your computer. (Note: please refer to Quick Installation Guide that is included with this product).
