The TEW-645UB may not be installed correctly, uninstall and reinstall the TEW-645UB again. Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirement to install and use this device. The TEW-645UB should be connected to the base stand and the base stand should be connected directly to an available USB port on the computer. Please do not connect this device to a USB hub.
