To connect the remote computer you would require two TPL-202E Powerline Ethernet Bridges.

One TPL-202E Powerline Ethernet Bridge connects to a LAN port on the back of your Cable/DSL Internet Router (e.g. TW100-S4WICA) with a standard CAT-5 Ethernet cable.  Next plug the TPL-202E into a power outlet.

The other TPL-202E connects to the remote computer's NIC (Network Interface Card) with a standard CAT-5 Ethernet cable.  Next plug the TPL-202E into a power outlet.

Lastly, to secure your Powerline network use the included software utility to assign a network password.
