Can I specify outbound firewall rules for server/workstations on the local network?

Yes. The TW100-BRV324 allows network administrators to create outbound firewall rules to block outgoing traffic to the Internet. 

Example:
If a server is comprised it is possible that the hack could send out information from the server over the Internet.  This information could further compromise the server and/or network, and by blocking certain outbound traffic via firewall rules this could be avoided.
