The PCI card might not be inserted into the PCI slot correctly or securely. Please power off the computer, remove and reinstall the Adapter. Or, install the Adapter into a different PCI slot. The motherboard of your system might not be Plug & Play compatible. Please check your motherboard's user's manual for more information.
