If your mouse is not responding, not detected or there is a mouse error check the following:
Make sure that your mouse is properly connected to the computer and to
the KVM Switch. Check that your mouse is plugged into the PS/2 mouse port
and not the PS/2 keyboard port.
Connect your mouse to the computer directly
to verify that it is working
If you are having trouble with the mouse
movement, try resetting the Switch by pressing Scroll Lock + Scroll Lock
+ End.
Make sure that you do not move the mouse or press any mouse buttons
when Switching from one PC to another.
Try resetting the mouse by unplugging
it from the KVM for approximately 5 seconds and reconnect it.
