Change Powerline settings,setting local or remote device name and add member.

Note:The network name is used to protect your network, involved in the networking device needs to use the same network name. "Set Local Device" will result in the separation of the local device and other networking equipment to create a new network; "Set All Devices" will also modify the network name of all networking equipment and create a new network, but is unconnected or device password input is not correct device will not be modified, the the unmodified device will remain in the original network.
