| Wireless Distribution System (WDS) mode uses wireless media to connect to other wireless access points. Another term for this feature is wireless point to point or point to multi-point bridging. Wireless access points using WDS mode must be configured to use the same channel number, wireless security type, and wireless security key. Add other WDS enabled wireless access points using their device MAC addresses. This feature is only available when using WDS, AP+WDS, Mesh, or AP+Mesh modes located under Wireless > Basic Settings. |
